N3QC Announcement System Back On The Air

Due to technical issues, the time and information announcement system that was operating on the 147.315 repeater is operating on the 442.95 repeater as of February 20. With the increasing popularity of UHF, we feel that the move will benefit just as many amateurs in our area. Additionally, handheld coverage is often better on UHF.
